I support people in becoming more attuned to their full range of emotions, shifting relationship patterns that are no longer serving them, and building richer, more meaningful connections.

I have experience working with clients seeking support for complex trauma, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, childhood abuse and neglect, racial trauma, relationship stress, loneliness, self-acceptance, and family of origin issues. My approach incorporates elements of psychodynamic and attachment therapy.

Therapy has been a treasure in my own life and I pull from the wisdom, insight, and empathy of the therapists who have challenged and supported me. I am committed to continued professional and personal growth.

I am licensed as an LPC-A (Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate) in the state of Texas and am supervised by Dr. Stephanie Ramirez, LPC-S. Before becoming a therapist, I was a teacher in Austin public schools for 10 years.

Psychotherapy Services

I offer both in-person individual and couples therapy.

My Fees

Individual Sessions (50 min) – $135

Couples Sessions (50 min) – $150

Please cancel appointments with a minimum of 24 hours notice to avoid being charged the session fee.

Superbills

At this time, I do not take insurance.

I encourage you to reach out to your insurance company to see if they provide partial coverage for out-of-network therapy providers. If they do, you may request a superbill from me that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. This video may be helpful for better understanding out-of-network insurance coverage.
